Well they're what you would expect from something made in China at that price. The inner and outer tie rods look okay but the inner tie rod boots are about as cheap as they come. They aren't even silicone rubber there ABS plastic and not very flexible. Pretty sure they're not going to last long. I had to buy another set of boots that were applicable for this Lexus.
