I purchased this to replace the side view mirror on my 2005 F150 FX4. I arrived in a box well protected. Installation issues were Ford issues not the mirror's. Here is what you need to know to replace your side view mirror.1. Remove the 2 bottom screws on the door panel2. Remove the cover under the door handle and remove the bolts.3. Remove the cover over the speaker.4. Remove the speaker. 4 screws5. Remove the bottom speaker mount points (optional)6 Now pull up on the door panel and it should come off, may require motivation.7. Unhook the wiring harness8. Take off the 3 nuts.9 Remove.Installation was quicker than removal. It works just fine except the puddle light but my old mirror didn't have one so I don't care. If anything changes I will update the review.Bottom line, buy one if you need to replace an old one.

Fit perfectly on my f150 2010 fx2 no issues and it's been on for long enough if I where to have issues they would have happened. Nicer the the stock mirrors bought one to replace a broken one now want to pick up the other side just because I like it better.

It’s a Quality product. Be careful of the pins in the plug. I bent one and the the detectionel didn’t work until bent back.

bought left and right sides- ten minutes to install- passenger side glass is 1:1 aspect- not closer than they appear. takes some getting used to, but work well.puddle lights were an added bonus for me.

Good mirror for right hand drive vehicles. Not recommended for passenger side mirror on left hand drive vehicles.

This is a well built replacement. The puddle lamp light is halogen. I had upgraded previously to LED, so I had to remove the halogen fixture. It is "glued" in.. but a little coaxing and she came out. Disassembly and reassembly of this unit is exactly the same as OEM. The one thing that bothered me is the "convex" nature of the mirror. Everything is larger and closer when looking at this mirror than on my other side which is still OEM. Some people may prefer this... feature??.... but I will need to order a regular mirror (not convex) to complete this task. Otherwise... 100% from me!

The mirror itself vibrates a little bit more than a factory mirror – not that big of a deal but it is a little noticeable

This thing is a cheap piece of Chinese crap I should’ve known better. The glass is already separating from the.
