Absolutely zero complaints. The starter arrived in the time frame given, packaged safely. My husband and I installed it into our 2003 Ford Taurus SE. The starter fit perfectly and the car starts up fast, now. A lot less expensive then if I bought it at the local auto part store. Not sure how long it will last, I don't anticipate any issues.

The starter would have been a good deal, if it had not been defective. I wanted a simple exchange for a new one but company does not allow a exchange you have to do a complete refund and order again, wish this company would allow an exchange, so you have less down time, too much lost time, we'll see how the next one is. Update: January 3 2021- it's a week later and the new starter arrived 5 days before expected, and it works perfectly, it's not defective, hopefully it will last a while, fits a 2000 ford Taurus perfectly and only a 30 minute install.

Value for the money. My local parts stores wanted 20 to 40 dollars more for starter. I have never bought car parts from amozon I never even considered the option . Now that's all changed the starter has been installed and and been working great for a few weeks now. Also arrived the next day . Seriously it was for old spare car .
