The largest helmet I could find online was 2x and the cheek were very tight for me. I was only able to find cheek only in 3 x which was ok but the 4 x is a lot more comfortable for me. The headliner part of this kit does not fit correctly in the 2x helmet though. I ended up paying more for an item just to through some of it away.
