I purchased the Scotch Felt Pads 162 PCS Beige, Felt Furniture Pads for Protecting Hardwood Floors, Round, Assorted Sizes Value Pack.I use the felt pads on my chair legs, table legs, shelving unit legs, and anything else that could scrape or scratch the floor. The felt pads work well to protect the floor. The thickness is adequate for its use. The felt pads last for months up to a year, depending on how often I use the furniture piece. The felt pads are easy to apply. They are peel and stick. To keep the felt pads adhered longer, I add a little glue before sticking them on. I do not have a problem removing them several months later. I place the straight edge of a screwdriver under the felt pads to loosen them, and they come right off. I find the felt pads to be extremely functional and necessary. They protect my tile floors. The sound of a chair scraping the floor is also perturbing. There are a variety of felt pad circle sizes in the package. The felt pads are a neutral color so they blend in well and go unnoticed. It's a good purchase, especially when you have a variety of furniture pieces of varying sizes. There's a felt pad in the package that will be the right size for your needs.

The 3M ones seem to have a stronger adhesive then most and do well to protect floors from scratches. Yes, they are generally more costly than others, but the variety of sizes work great for different applications.

I use these on all my furniture since I have hardwood floors. They’re easy to install and the adhesive sticks well. They save my hardwood floors from scratches. I also use them for artwork frames on my walls.

These are a bit harder to the touch than I expected, and the spread of sizes isn't ideal as I'd prefer another set or two of the bigger sizes, but the amount you get is a great deal and they do indeed get the job done. So far I haven't seen any scratches caused by them. They are nice and thick, too.

These are great to protect hardwood floors from furniture legs. I use these under all my furniture and they even allow you to move light furniture like sliders. You can cut the larger pieces to size as needed. Good cheap floor protection!

These pads are super useful. They have come in handy for under the legs of our table as well as the chairs. We’ve used them on bar stools and the legs of a sofa. It keeps me from worrying about the floors getting scraped up. They come in lots of different sizes. They also seem to stick really well once placed.

Comes in many sizes. Sticks to the wooden surfaces i.e. legs of tables and chairs really well. Softens the impact on the floor considerably and also helps to correct/balance furniture's alignment.

I tried some other pads which fell off in a few days. One or two fell off, but it took a month. I just replaced them when they do. Not perfect, but the best I've found!
