At $6, this dispenser with 2 refillable tapes, is a great buy. The dispenser is a little unusual in that unlike most dispensers, it does not have a separate little wheel to put the tape onto; rather, the tape just slides into the dispenser, where it is held in place by the dispenser's two sides. Some have reported difficulty with this configuration - but I think as long as you're careful how you hold the unit, the tape should smoothly pull out. Anyway, I'm pleased with the overall quality and efficiency and have ordered another.

I have tape dispensers with plastic teeth, they just don't work well. The refillable plastic dispensers crack or the two halves don't stay together. This sturdy dispense will not have either of these issues because... STEEL!! Thanks for letting us keep more stuff out of the landfill

This stainless steel tape dispenser with two tape refill rolls is a new version of the old standard plastic tape dispenser. Without the tape in the dispenser, it feels thin and flimsy, but when the tape is installed, it feels as solid as the old two sided plastic dispensers. It holds standard three-quarter inch tape refills. I’m quite happy with this purchase.

Tired of replacing the small plastic tape holders that get broken/cracked when in tool box, junk drawer, or other clutter space. Great idea!

This thing is very sturdy. It is also more sleek than your typical tape dispenser, which makes it easier to store away, or take up less desktop space. Holds the tape in place decently, but I find that I have to hold the tape roll in place when pulling tape from this dispenser.

Love that Scotch brought back metal dispensers and made them easily refillable. The packaging is minimal and made of recycled paper. I was a bit concerned that the dispenser wouldn't hold the tape well but have been pleasantly surprised so far. Works like a charm. I'll be ordering refills from here on out...
