Using this wheel to remove the edge burr on steel sheet metal after cutting and drilling. Leaves a nice clean edge without taking off too much metal. Well worth the price.

OK, if you don't own a machine shop, they are expensive. But if you don't lean on them (you don't need to), they last a LONG time.We use them to smooooth rough edges after running a grinder over a saw cut. Or deburring a drilled hole. They will quickly polish rough grinder marks on a welded joint. If I didn't let the guys buy another one, they would have done it anyways. They LOVE it.

Don't understand why they are trying to sell a 1" width item and sending out a 1/2 inch wide product. Either 3M is mis-marking or Amazon doesn't understand measurement technology. Either way if an item is supposed to be 1 inch width should be 1 inch! I sent it back.

not as advertised! sent 1-2 inch wide wheel instead of 1 inch wide wheel
