Mine just arrived today. It makes ice just great, like all Scotsman machines. Unlike previous models, this one uses lightweight plastic clips to hold the front panel on. Ours arrived broken. Getting them replaced was a bit of a fiasco. Until these clips are redesigned or the packaging is improved, I would recommend a different brand.
