I’m a female in my mid 50s and This was so easy to install, love the convenience of having a 2 rolls, it’s quite durable, and the cost was reasonable.Need another for the men’s room, will be getting it soon.

This dispenser hold two standard rolls of paper. I appreciate not having to purchase special rolls to install. We currently have 8 of these installed in our church

This is exactly what I needed for my small gym. I will be ordering another one for the other bathroom. Great product, easy to install and use. Mine did come with the key and its been working fine.

Unit matches other 'Smoke' components use in our office by Kimerly-Clark. It does hold a normal roll of paper, unit comes with adapter for both coreless and cored toilet paper. Would be nice to have a button entry into the unit vs.a keyed entry.

I believe it was damaged in shipping it was poorly made the lock did not work the inside roller holder with broke and the corner was cracked overall a poorly made device

You get what you pay for I guess. This is a fairly flimsy dispenser, but that’s not the main problem. The most aggravating part is it comes with two plastic accessory parts (an H and a C as shown in my photo) but there are no instructions whatsoever on what they are used for or how to install them. I had to call their customer service who then explained to me that you would use one or the other, but not both (good to know!). Apparently they fit different types of toilet paper: either with and without cores. So first you pick one and discard the other. Then you put the two toilet paper rolls on. Finally you just set it inside the dispenser. It doesn’t click into place and there’s nothing to keep it from wobbling around. It’s confusing and I would not have known what to do had I not called customer service.
