I use this to hang my acrylic sign off my craft fair tent. At my last fair I had more other vendors ask where to buy that than customers hahaha!It’s attached by screws which makes it great for boats but less convenient for pop-up tents. I stuff foam around the bracket to keep it in place so I don’t have to try and tighten it too hard with the driver. Just used this, some PVC pipe, and an acrylic paper protector held onto the pipe by zip ties. Some of the vendors I set up with have made fancy signage with wood and circular metal braces to hang their signs, but I tend to advertise show specials off my sign so I wanted to be able to swap it out to match the theme of each fair. All in all, great little sign holder !

This works on Jon boats very well over the round edge of your boat and they are monster fish strong

Good for creating additional fishing pole holder locations around your pontoon boat. They go right on a standard pontoon handrail. You don't have to follow the directional arrow for mounting. They work good inside or outside the handrail. I would have had problems opening storage spaces if I had mounted them where I wanted and followed the instructed mounting directional arrows.

I have a 12 foot Lowe model 1236 Jon boat that I mounted these on. I wanted a permanent mount for my Scotty rod holders instead of the clamp-on Scotty mounts. The problem with the clamp on mounts was that they were bulky and sometimes came loose after all the tourque of trolling a rod in the holder. Even though these mounts are square, I was able to fit them over the round gunwale on my boat, see the photos I attached. I drilled two holes through the gunwale and used the supplied screws that came with the mount to secure it to the boat. I thought maybe the two screws wouldn't be sturdy enough but it's absolutely solid. The screws are more like bolts with Phillips heads. It took me less than ten minutes to install. I'd highly recommend these for the price, quality, and ease of installation.

Love these mounts, and the Scotty rod holders, gonna buy more mounts and holders, only issue would be wide grip rods are tough to get in & out, but when there’s a big cat on the other end, there’s no problem getting your rod out. I’d actually like to see one in a series of holders to mount across the back of my pontoon boat! Worth every penny.

I am using this to mount a second fish finder on my boat. As this was an older fish finder, I had laying around the house I didn't want to drill holes into the boat to mount it. I was able to install it onto the rail in just a couple of minutes and it holds the monitor without any issues.
