The printing squeegee is a tool used to scrape the ink on the screen to cause it to leak onto the substrate. Suitable for graphics and textile applications, all handprints and many machine applications. The blade is molded under high temperature and pressure, which eliminates ink streaks and provides excellent long-term printing edges. These scrapers are kiln-dried, precision-cut wood for handles that do not warp, have a smooth, comfortable shape and are easy to handle. Insert the rubber plate into the wooden handle, nail it to that position, and then professionally polish it after assembly.

Looks like this one came straight from the assembly line before it production was completed.The rubber came off right when I opened the bag.
