Even after a solid hour (I had them in the direct sun for longer), they barely glow, and fade completely within 10 minutes. If you're looking to buy for the glow in the dark feature, save your money.

The cave arrows are large and easier to spot and they are available at a very good price.

These seem to be good quality, but are very large for thin #24 lines. They are meant for thicker "main lines".

They stop glowing after ten minutes. If you’re counting on them to glow in the darkness of a cave you’ll be quickly disappointed.

They simply do not glow. Exposed to the sunlight and then the sunsets - maybe for 10 minutes at best. Don't trust these to get you out of a cave.
