The inflator works fine. I am kinda stuck with it for the Scubapro wing it is on because the corrugated hose on the wing doesn't fit flush with a normal K style inflator. There is a groove on the scubapro wing corrugated hose that does not line up flush with a standard replacement K style inflator. I like to be able to grab the inflator with one hand and have pointer finger over the the purge button and my thumb on the inflator at the same time to fine tune things without having to change grip. Maybe I am just to used to the K style. But this one just feels a bit awkward to operate and I have to adjust my grip a lot since both buttons are on the same side of inflator. Not like a K style where one is at the end and the other on the side. Not a fan of the mouthpiece to manually inflate. Not as easy to get a good purchase on it to manually inflate as the older style K style.
