It's not the cleanest looking bit. I included photos of some of the imperfections/chips in the blade, but it held up well after using it. Only slight curling of the edges after popping about 50 sqft of tile up.While you couldn't get away with using this to bust up concrete slabs, it did a decent job popping tiles, and the sharp slim edge worked well getting between the slab and the tile rather than busting the tile into 100 pieces like some other thicker type chisels.This is definitely worth it as long as none of the imperfections/grooves close to the edge start opening up or failing over time.

While it came out of the packaging a bit dull, it's still a good tool head that'll do what you need. Sturdy and heavy, though might rust.

I'm remodeling an 8' x 6' bathroom and removed the tile with a 1" wide SDS Plus chisel. While that worked for removing the tile, it didn't work well for removing the mortar. One- it was taking too long, and two- it tended to dig into the concrete floor. I gave up and considered pouring a leveling material over the whole floor.After I received this chisel I tried removing the mortar again and it worked great! It's 4" wide so it didn't take very long. Being so wide, I could really push down without chiseling into the concrete floor too.Attached are couple of pictures during the removal of the mortar. The last picture is of the edge of the chisel after I finished. The edge does not show any wear so I'm sure this chisel will last a long time.This is a great tool to add to your SDS Plus assortment.

There is nothing better than demo day when you get to plug in the SDS MAX jack and start popping tiles!Pop this strong chisel in and you are on your way. Strong steel with a nice fine point.Works well for all my demoing! Love it

Worked great with M18 Hammer Drill. Made tile removal easier. Nice hefty weight that withstands tile demolition.
