Good quality and I am still yet to find a clock that doesn't use one of the sizes on these multi keys. Handy if your sharing keys between clocks or winding a collection of running clocks like myself.

These are built solid and fit perfectly. I have two winding clocks a mantle clock and wall clock, I intended to use this set for the mantle clock which has two windings one for the clock and another for the chimes. Because the face cover of the mantle clock opens to a 90 degree of the clock face I cannot give a full rotation of the winding key for the chime because it hits the face cover, the clock wind works fine which is the side where the face cover opens. This is something to keep in mind for anyone thinking of ordering this set. I believe I could modify the key by cutting off a small portion of the interfering prongs but instead I will use the key I have for the wall clock and use this set for the wall clock which has a larger face and its cover opens 180 degrees. Because they are so well made and I'm sure I could modify the key I require I still give it five stars.

This is a nice set of winding.setting arbor keys for small clocks with small mainsprings. These are NOT for use in larger wall cased clocks ( such as 31 day clocks) or grandfather clocks as stated in the description. They ARE great as a set to keep in your go box if you're a clock maker whom makes house calls, as I do, or if you're a collector or hobbiest who fiddles around with clock finds. If you own a larger wall clock or grandfather clock you will need either a key with a longer shank & longer wings for the added torque. For Grandfather clocks you'll usually need a winding crank handle.Also, careful with these keys. The shanks are set 72 degrees apart. If your winding/setting arbor is set back from the clock's dial these will either not reach, OR if they do, and you fully seat them the two adjacent shanks can and will scribe a circle around the arbor hole in the dial.

These are nice because it lets me know exactly what size I need maybe even for a new clock that doesn’t have a key. A little goofy like a tire iron but does exactly what I need.

Much better than anything else I checked for winding up your clock after the loss of the original key. Its close to impossible to measure what key size you need as the steps are so small and wear on the iron rod you want to wind. This solves the problem!! Much better than to buy any size key. Fast received in the South Island of NZ, sent from Auckland. Great to have amazon delivering in NZ now!

Tenemos un par de relojes de cuerda de los años 50s cuyas llaves se habÃan extraviado. Ahora que los volvimos a limpiar fue muy sencillo darles cuerda con estas llaves. Como tienen su bolsa es más fácil guardarlos sin que se pierdan de vista, que fue lo que ocurrió con las llaves originales.

Was very accurately represented on the web. I think best price for range of sizes offered. The item was , shipped as expected, and on time. The item was well packed. Nice vinyl sleeve for each key, labelled to reference key sizing. If you are not sure of the exact key sizing to your clock? ... This is the set to get ! My clock is an inexpensive, but proving-to-be-durable make, ( circa 1976 , Sabre, 31 day by the emblem ) with a standard mechanism, found in many asian-made, wind-up chiming clocks. Really nice to have the family summer cabin clock running again.
