I bought this accumulator to try and stop the pulsations of the water pump in my RV. They have smaller versions of this that are about a quart in size. I chose to go with the 2 gallon one. it is obviously larger and takes a little more room in a cabinet but so worth it. Installation was not to difficult, except for working in a cabinet. You will need to buy some pipe fittings to install it also. it worked so good, no more pulsations in the water, just like home. They pump does run longer when the pressure in the tank drops to the cut in point however it does not run as often and turn off and on rapidly with lower water flows. I highly recommend one of these for your RV

At first I connected it to the supply side of my rain water catchment system. When it didn’t do anything I realized I needed it on the pressure side. Since it is small it doesn’t prevent the pump from running much but it does make a difference and I’m glad I have it. Other than reducing pump usage it also helps cushion water hammer from the pump cycling on and off. Quality items from Seaflo. I also use their series 33 pump.

Basically a great item but only ships as a tank. Needs a holder/mount or should reference where to get one.

This tank is junk. The MNTP fitting is not to US standard. Do not buy this item.

We installed a new well pump and added the pressure tank to the installation for a smoother and quieter operation. The tank does just what it is designed to do and was very easy to install. Very satisfied!

I purchased a SEAFLO 33-Series pump and the tank. The pump came first. Alone, the pump started and stopped continuously and the flow was jerky. Once the tank was in the system, everything smoothed out and it runs perfectly!!!! There is so much more to this story, but you can assume I think this was a perfect purchase!

Great solid unit like the one I have for my lake water system. Only complaint I have is that I had to build a special unit to be able to mount to the wall.

Looks solid, quality fittings, clear labeling. The one on my sailboat is old and the bladder inside ruptured, the seaflo one is exactly the same by looks of it and should be a good replacement.
