So far we are extremely pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy again. The fabric is quality material, it fits our deep mattress perfectly. We found no issue with the cords being too short. This heated pad heats up really fast. I set my side at two to pre-warm then to low. Hubby likes five then two. Most nights I only leave on for about an hour. Hubby leaves on all night. The auto shut off works as it should. We don’t feel the cords and find the cover to be soft. Our last pad lasted 10 years and I’m hoping we get that many out of this one.

This was third pad I bought and it's a keeper. Definitely extra padding and super comfortable to lay on. Heats up quickly and easy to adjust. Highly recommend!

This replaced about a 20 year old heated mattress pad and I only have one complaint which other reviews mentioned: you can’t read the led readout unless you get out of bed and look down on it if the controller sits on a nightstand. So, I improvised and used command strips to hang the controller on the side of my nightstand in such a way that I now can roll over, see the led readout and change/turn on or off, etc. Otherwise, I chose this item due to the Sealy brand name and do like the soft fleece topping. You still can feel the wires at some spots, but it wasn’t enough to bother me when laying on it. It heated up QUICK and I only set it on low so far, because it was very warm to me. This is good because as it gets colder out, I know I have 9 more settings for higher heat. I also like that you can set it for a certain time to go off, as I like it to heat up the bed initially then I seem to get hot, so I set it for 1.5 hrs and then it goes off automatically. The two controllers, the fact you can wash it and the safety features are all a plus.

A heated mattress pad can be a big improvement over an electric blanket, and once we discovered these we began using them on all five beds in the house. This one has been great quality and is working well for a few months now.

I hate getting into a cold bed so I bought this! I was a little skeptical when I first put it on my bed, it seemed to warm up slowly even on the highest setting. However, I think it might be pressure activated? The part my weight is on seems to get warmer than the rest. I normally set the timer for 30 minutes and that’s enough, but you can set it up for some hours. It’s great to have split sides and a timer! I do wish the controls were maybe wireless? Or even look a little more modern. The screen doesn’t light up and the buttons make noise upon clicking.

This plush top heated mattress pad is everything Sealy advertises, plush, soft covering, quiet, automatic shut off, barely discernible wires, a wide range of heat settings. The problem is with the area at the foot of the bed, it doesn’t heat up. Your body may be toasty warm, but your feet are cold. I have tried the suggestions on the site and all the heat settings to see if I could resolve this issue. Still no heat for my feet. I am currently working with the company to get reimbursement.Update:I received this information from the manufacturer, which explains why there is no heat at the foot of the bed.“ Moreover, the heating wires have been strategically placed to ensure your safety and prevent burnout that the edges of the pad extending 7.5 inches from the left and right sides, 11 inches from the top and 16 inches from the bottom, are not equipped with heating wires.â€So that is it for me. If you want your feet warm buy a product From a different manufacturer.Update 11/15/2024Customer service is phenomenal! They got back to me very quickly and wanted to make sure I had a resolution for my issue with this product. Once again, I want to stress that the quality, feel and fit of the pad is excellent. I wish the heated surface of the pad would extend to the foot of the bed, that would have made it a 5 star review.
