I wear these shoes for a line dance class. They are comfortable and lightweight. I have no problem spinning with these shoes. The cushioned soles seem to protect my knees. When I needed to exchange them for a smaller size, the customer service representative handled it in a very professional manner. I should have ordered my usual sneaker shoe size; no need to size up unless you have a very wide foot.

I got my normal size cuz reviews I thought said ran true to size. My toes were against front of shoe so...I returned. I'd suggest 1/2 size larger, cuz I don't like my toes up against edge. That's my preference. Ligghtweight & cute .I wear a size 10 to accommodate my arch supports,& it didn't look like an aircraft carrier on my feet.( lol). I put in my own arch supports cuz, it doesn't have it. Breathable& flexible. Sole is a lil more plasticy than rubbery. Therefore scuffing sole may be required to give sole more grip,if u can't use resin on floor.Good value if you are not looking for a high end dance sneaker.

I already disliked no arch support but figured I could get an insert. I wish I had worn them sooner but not I’m stuck. In exercise class I noticed something white on the soles and couldn’t imagine what I’d stepped in. Well today I installed the arch supports and couldn’t believe it when the white wasn’t something I’d stepped on but paint coming off the soles!!!! I had planned to give them a 3 because even though they weren’t great they were cute. Lesson learned

Plastic soles, not rubber. Not sure how long the upper will stay attached to sole.
