There is. No hanger in the frame. I guess you are expected to screw it directly into the wall with the screws in the package.Also, I had searched for a 24†frame. This poppedUp in the results so I ended up ordering the wrong item. Amazon search sucks like that. Not the first time it has happened.

I use these to display the ever changing certificates that the kids bring home. Also I use one to put daily activities in frame with details (I.e. bring jazz shoes and wear red tank to dance class, dinner is at 6 and we are having…) to keep everyone informed.

I use these in the apartment building I manage and they work great! With the Covid craziness going on it can be hard to relay messages to the building. With these I can easily change out papers at a moments notice, they don't rip the paper and are light enough that they wont come off the walls with adhesive.

It's nicely made, but the frame can not be hanged like any other frame. It should have been mentioned in the description. It's made to lay flat on the wall and held in place with provided screws and plugs on all four corners. If you were wondering why the description says that the picture can be easily changed from the front, that's why; the back is permanently screwed to the wall. Every side of the frame folds back on a hinge to give you access to the plastic shield and picture. The plastic sheet covering/protecting the picture is textured; probably to limit light reflection, but it doesn't impair the artwork visibility. Overall, a great product made with quality material, but you need to be committed to its location, because you'll have 4 plugs to remove and 4 holes to plaster and paint if you want to relocate it. the way it's built, it might be more suitable for commercial use.
