I get my product unbox it as it came with other items i ordered. Needless to say comes in a plastic bag no big deal. I notice this camera is pretty thick as far as "mini spy cam" goes. I diwnload application following of course the new version of instructions not the old, although not sure why a company would print OLD OUTDATED instructions on their product. So I continue to follow said instructions I get everything to work and connected talking to one another things look promising. I insert my micro sd 128 gb as per the max size for this particular camera. Everything is good read memory card find no issues even took a picture of myself and than I tried to retrieve it so that I can insert this into my phone and get said picture off the card and trasfer the data to show off a bit.....................I used the little nail I have to push down and the catch snapped releasing said tension which cause memory card to disappear inside. So I wiuld love to hear from a customer service rep as this is so freaking irritating.... I need to buy a mini screwdriver set to retrieve my 9.99$ memory card like bruh this product needs to be removed please upvote or somwthing this is ridiculous. Debating the probabilty of survival of the micro sd if I smash it with a hammer instead of buying the screwdrivers...

These are not user friendly, they do not reliably work & the instructions are garbage. Please do not waste your money on these. I bought two & couldn't connect them to my wifi. The only way I got them to work was when they were connected directly to my phone so when you are out of range of the camera, they are no longer functioning. These cameras are trash.

If you need a camera to be plugged in 24.7 that just shows video and can record this is a decent price. However, there is ideally no battery life so if you need one without being plugged in definitely don't get this one as it dies within about 1 hour. But it's decent for one that plugs in 24/7.

These cameras work great and it's pretty easy to set up, connect and also to pick and choose your settings.With that being said be prepared to buy extra battery packs to attach to the physical camera itself.. battery life is maybe 30 minutes to an hour long before the camera shuts off. I hooked a battery bank to it and taped the battery bank somewhere around where the camera was placed and it lasted all day until I got home. And the battery bank still had over half of its life left.So over all if your looking for a easy to hide camera, these are alright. You can't hide them in stuffys or anything, but they are small and can fit in places nobody would ordinarily be looking. I gave it a 3 star rating because it's a good camera, but the battery life thing is what got it that 3 stars. Battery life is very important when it comes to having a wireless camera.

I can't send the cameras back for my refund so I'm upset about that. They don't stay connected to WiFi you have to repeatedly connect them..plus you can only view the cameras if you are at home. You can't view them being away from home. They writing on the instructions are in define print the whole manual is small and hard to read . I hate I wasted money on these cameras when I could have just bought cigarettes😂 lbvs
