I purchase a set of QG2439 chains as they were the recommended size for my Michelin LT245/75R16. They were loose from the start and after two seasons of occasional use they were no longer safe. The chain hooks were on the shortest link and the rubber adjusters could rotate the links (see 5 o'clock in photo). The chains were touching the rim. I contacted Security Chain Company and sent them several photos. They stated that these were the right size chains for my tires -- idiots!I did some calculations and purchased these QG2437 and they are the right size - snug on new tires with plenty of available adjustment after the tires wear and the chains wear/stretch. The have the same chain length (79.6"); the same link size (0.312") and number of cross chains (10) - better for traction; but there is one less link per cross chain (8) - which causes the chain to ride towards the tread and away from the rim.

Heavy duty and fit the tire size listed on chart. It was missing the cam tensioner tool listed as included within the packaged instructions. Note that on wrangler rubicon, these chains are too bulky for rear installation due to inside clearance. Fit perfect on front tires.

Good heavy duty construction. Should stand up as well as any tire chains I've ever used on many oilfield 4wd 1/2 & 3/4 vehicles I've use bucking snow drifts, deep ruts & slimy bentonite mud.I've not used them yet and hope I never have to.

Worked great on the front of my Mahindra 3616 4x4 tractor. Went right on and have been on for months. Churned through some pretty deep snow...very pleased.

Awesome heavy duty F250 chains, but they came so twisted up, I thought I needed a replacement set. Fifteen minutes of feeding the ends through the various twisted sections and they were fine.
