I startle very easily when someone comes into a room from behind me or starts speaking and I didn’t know they were there. Having this next to me, I can see with my peripheral vision there is someone coming up behind me and saves me from the scream I know is coming.Con: the edges are very sharp. A little rounding would be great.

After reading several reviews of other similar products I landed on this one. I was skeptical about it when I ordered it but it ended up being perfect. The clamp is a beast and will attach to just about anything. Also the flex arm that attaches to it is very sturdy. The mirror itself is just under the size of a rear view mirror in a car but a little wider. The mirror is very clear and can be used as a vanity mirror if you chose. I am using it because my back faces the opening of my cubical and I can't always tell when someone is behind me. Now I have it set up so that I can just glance up and see if anyone is standing there.

I work in a busy office and my cubicle is located along a main aisle. This mirror allows me to see people come and go and also keeps me from being startled when someone enters my cubicle from behind me. Perfect size, easy to install, works great. 10/10 would recommend!

This mirror does exactly what I needed it to do. The size of the mirror is really nice. The clamp is very strong, almost to strong. I had to clamp it to a piece of wood for several days in order to "weaken" it a little for fear it would crack the side of my monitor. Other than that, it is really nice. I like that it is flexible so it can be adjusted for mounting various ways.

I am very jumpy and don't like when people sneak up on me - unintentionally - when I'm wearing my noise cancelling headphones. It's very easy to adjust and stays in place. It's also easy to remove/replace if someone else is going to be sitting at my desk and doesn't want it. People joked at first about having a convex mirror attached to my computer monitor, but I think they're just jealous that they didn't think of it first.

If it didn't crack before I even clipped it to my monitor, I'd give it a better review. Good wide angle mirror, lightweight. But it cracked from the slightest pressure when I tried to adjust it. (I can still see behind me, just through a cracked mirror.)
