Works great on my G30 max. I use it to hold my phone for navigation in areas I'm new to. Keeps my phone nice and secure on bumpy areas and fits a lot of different sizes.

Does what it says on the tin. The mount is sturdy and is yet to move despite riding countless miles over very bumpy roads on my Segway Ninebot Max G2 scooter. It holds my iPhone 14 Pro with a case despite the thickness. The phone also doesn't move at all. Buy this one, spend a little extra, and save yourself the potential headache from other phone holders not performing well.

The Segway Ninebot Phone Mount is very easy to install and use. It is convenient for adding a phone to the Segway Ninebot Scooter. It is 99% plastic. There is a metal bolt with which to clamp the Phone Mount to the scooter handle bars. Because of all the plastic I am afraid of tightening the finger screw too much resulting in a broken mount. However, if the mount is not securely tightened the phone and mount tend to move when encountering bumpy roads or sidewalks. I like my phone at an angle; it makes it easier to read. However, it has rotated as I used the scooter. I would like more confidence in tightening the phone mount to the handlebar.

This Segway phone mount was not just simple to install on my wife's ES2 it is very sturdy, much more so than the generic one she used previously. With the Segway mount nearly the same price as other generic ones it really is a no-brainer. It would also work well with most bikes and other brands of scooters. (I did not receive any compensation for this review)

I liked how easy it was to attach. I delayed setting it up because I assumed I’d need tools but I was wrong. I can’t believe how easy it was and saw how secure the mechanism attached just by turning one little knob. Any size phone holds in place by another knob where phone goes in place.

Never could get this to mount correctly in my Segway and tried to mount on another scooter wouldn’t fit.Can’t return it because they charge shipping to return and didn’t worth the amount refunded after that.Waste of money and will not buy from this company again.

need to really tighten the handlebar nut to keep the phone from tilting forwards when riding. Else, the cradle holds your phone securely.
