The pole were thicker than my previous one and is pretty sturdy. The baskets design can hold the weight of pressing down a pump, which my previous one couldn’t do.So far the best shower caddy I have had, worth the money.

Definitely needed more shelving in shower area. This fits perfectly in corner. The range of heights actually made me buy this and the fact that it is rust free was a definite plus. Sturdy and attractive regardless of finish picked. Worth the money.

Overall nice shower caddy, great quality. I like how you can adjust height placement of baskets at anytime without disassembling entire caddy. The white end caps are wide. This helps sturdy the pole and keep in place. I hope the stainless steel holds up for a few years before it developes rust. It was easy to install with the instructions provided. I gave it 4 stars because the sides of the baskets are very open, poor design. I've got to be careful that the bar soap or soap dish don't slip or slide off and fall out when you go to grab them. Also, it would have been nice to have one deep basket for the tall shampoo bottles, so they don't tip over and fall out of basket. I've already experienced these issues. I just have to get use to it and be careful. It would have been an easy 5+ star rating had it not been for these 2 issues. The positives out way the negatives...I'm keeping the caddy.

It's very sturdy and holds a lot of the essentials you need in the shower. I installed in December 7, 2024 and it's now January 26, 2025. Still in place and everything holding on. We're a family of four, our two daughters 18 and 21 still need more shelves 😆 It comes with four shelves. We all love it. Very strong and it looks great ðŸ‘

This item was so easy to set up, seems durable, and I love that the shelves are adjustable even after you've put up the main pole. I emailed customer support to ask if I could get (with payment) one more sticky pad to secure the rack to the wall (because my bath tub isn't quite flat in the corner), and it was about the best customer service I've received in a long time. They replied promptly, sent me the part for free (I paid shipping), and emailed again once I had received it to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely purchase from this company again in the future.

Love this shower caddy. Looks so much better than the plastic one. It holds a variety of items without collapsing and it was easy to assemble.

Well designed system with baskets that can easily be moved or removed for cleaning. Metal has a nice bright and warm tone. Shelves include hooks and racks for hanging. Solid enough and elegant, not beefy looking.The only thing that’s odd is the plans have the top poles sliding into the bottom instead of the other way around, which would be better for keeping water out of the joints.

It arrive early then anticipated. Was easy to accemble and it is great. Has everything ou might need to use it for. I put everything we had. And we 3 ladies in the house. We have a lot of stuff. I recommend.
