I bought these to put a baby swing on the front porch and they work great for it. Smooth quiet swing and seem very safe and secure.

Very difficult to get the rubber washers in place while up on a ladder. I lost one and just gave up on using the washers. Also had to take the brackets back down and apply some grease to keep them quiet. Once greased, they have worked well on a small child’s swing.

Im 200 lbs and it hold me with no problem if im doing weight calisthenics the most I might add it 135lbs just to play it safe

I bought these to install gymnastics rings for my child. Once I found the studs in the ceiling, I used a crescent wrench to install them. They hold my child’s weight and also mine (up to 350lbs). Very happy with purchase.
