Initially tested with 150lb on each with no flexing or concerning signs/sounds. Been using these for a year or so now with no issues.

Review for the SELEWARE solid dip bar attachment I bought for my squat rack. I wanted to add the dip functionality without buying another huge setup for the home gym, and these attachments work great. The added slope on the bars allow for a closer, and now enable the rack to be used for Australian pull-ups as well. Feel very solid (sub 200lb person here though, so your milage may vary).The one downside is that with the dip attachment in the "up" position, it's not quite enough clearance on my rack to really make me feel confident on doing any sort of squat movement, though bench press feels fine. That being said, it's easy enough to just pop out and consider it a part of the changing plates phase.Would recommend, especially if you're trying to save space and already have a power rack/squat rack that can accommodate. I feel like it's a lot more solid than trying to get a whole captain's chair thing or the other bars for tips.

seems sturdy . Fit in holes and came with instructions to make sure everything is snug with no rattling.

These handles were slightly tricky to place but work pretty well. I wish they were a little more sturdy and would fold up while staying locked in place. Overall these are great handles for dips, core work and body pull ups for back work.

These are awesome. Perfect width from each other. Very sturdy and well made. So cool to use in the home gym. The ability to fold up out of the way to leave on the rack is great.

For the price, these aren't a terrible option. Being able to easily collapse and completely remove them from a rack is convenient.However, for my weight and hand size, these are a bit thin, and hurt my hands after a few sets. The circumference is roughly that of a standard Olympic barbell, so imagine doing weighted dips for multiple sets on such a small surface area--it's a lot more localized pressure on the hands. I'm able to get around this problem by using some Fat Gripz I have, but would definitely have preferred a product that actually had the human body in mind when being developed.

El diseño me gustó mucho, aparte de que se ve bien, tiene la forma perfecta para un agarre amplio y angosto. El material se ve bueno, no se que tanto aguante pues soy una persona delgada de 55kg y a parte lo probé con un lastre de 5kg y se siente resistente. Hasta ahora sin ningún problema y llegó a tiempo y rápido y en buenas condiciones.

I have a Taurus power cage, these fit like a glove, very sturdy, feel extremely well made. I weigh 105kg and these don’t budge at all. Plus they look smart in Matt black and have the different angles to grip. Well worth the money.

Die Dip-Aufsätze passen gut in die Rahmenlöcher meines Fitness Reality 810XLT, sie sind robust und gut verarbeitet, noch dazu nicht besonders teuer. Was will man mehr, ich bin zufrieden.
