I recently purchased this Self Inflating Sleeping Pad with its 4-inch ultra-thick foam and built-in air pump sack, and it has completely transformed my Jeep camping experience. Sleeping in the back of my Jeep has never been so comfortable! The pad inflates quickly and easily, providing a plush and supportive surface that truly makes a difference on rough nights. The ultra-thick foam offers excellent cushioning, ensuring a restful sleep without the usual aches or stiffness. Its compact design fits perfectly in the back of my Jeep, making it ideal for solo camping trips or even as an extra sleeping option during group adventures.Overall, this sleeping pad not only enhances comfort but also adds convenience and versatility to my camping gear. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their off-road sleeping experience!

I haven't used this mat camping yet, but that doesn't mean I didn't put it through the paces by setting it up in my house. Pros: 1. material is heavy duty, 2. self inflating valves are "internal" (won't catch on anything), 3. Comfy, doesn't feel like an air mattress (feels more like a memory foam mattress). 4. You can make it very firm or very soft and everywhere in between. I initially blew it up and made it too firm. I released some air and was able to dial it in to my own personal sweet spot. 5. It passed the elbow test! I put my weight on my elbow and pressed into the mattress and my elbow didn't contact the floor! BTW, I weigh 225, 6'1". You can't do this with an air mattress.Cons: I couldn't find any "Cons" with the actual mattress! However, the "cinch" straps aren't heavy duty. (I broke one of the plastic clips while putting the mattress back into the carrying bag.) Just be careful and be aware that the straps aren't "mil spec".Overall: I can confidently recommend this mattress. As with any mattress, I'd have a ground cover to avoid anything sharp if you are using this on the ground. This is good for car camping, using as a mattress in an RV, or for bedding for sleepovers. It's too big for motor cycle camping (unless you are a kitchen sink camper) or back packing.

I have a larger and much more expensive inflatable foam mattress, I wanted a small one to use occasionally when i don't feel like fussing with the big one. Maybe I'm just spoiled, but in comparing the two it seems like the air to foam ratio is a bit off in this one. Its perfectly fine as an inflatable air mattress, its decent quality, I don't have the leaking issues some people have complained of, its reasonably comfortable and quiet when you're moving around. HOWEVER, its NOT as comfortable as a quality foam inflatable, and I think its just that there isn't enough, or the foam isn't the right density, idk but it really just feels like an air mattress without foam to me, which is fine, just not as comfortable as one with good/more foam. Still going to use it, just had higher expectations.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this purchase, but I'm thrilled. Typical air mattresses are so bouncy, and to support a person my size (6'4", 210lbs) you generally have to overinflate them to where they're actually hard. Not this one - in fact, because of the foam and design, they're actually comfortable in the self-inflated state! The bag inflation method is super-simple and effective. The one-way valve keeps me from fighting to add/remove air, and they pack up nicely in their own bag for storage.Added bonus - because I was able to buy one narrower than a standard twin (you can buy actual twin size if you want), I am able to put this one in the back of my Honda CRV for quick overnights and road travel.THESE ARE WORTH THE SPEND (which isn't much) AND WORTH SHOWING TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. So much better than your typical air mattress and no noisy air compressor!

Ridiculously comfortable. We were wanting to upgrade our sleeping situation for camping so gave this a shot. It’s super comfortable and the perfect size for 2 people. It’s slightly smaller than a queen and so much better than any air mattress we have ever owned. We actually use this for a guest bed sometimes because it sleeps so well. Absolutely worth the price.
