It took me a few tries to get the hang of this but it works great. I am a 63 year old female, so if you are a young strong man, this *may* not provide enough strengthening for you. But it is great for me.

I am rehabbing a broken wrist. This gyro just doesn’t work in that I simply can’t get it to spin. I sent this one back and got the more expensive Powerball, which has been fantastic. It provides a good, hearty workout for my wrist.

I have an older wrist trainer, this one is a game changer because of the ease of starting the orbital spinner. I felt my wrist was 17% stronger after the first few minutes of use. Definitely recommend this wrist trainer!
