Works great for our ski helmets. Not the loudest but it works well for the price. I run Cardo coms on my motorcycle helmets so if you have a loud bike I’d recommend get a Cardo over this.

Thank you Sena for making something that competes at the price of the no name brands but delivers the ease of use and quality one should expect from Sena.To be honest I didn’t even know this was a Sena until I was getting ready to recycle the packaging. I was impressed at the ease of use and well written instructions and overall just being a great product. Now it makes sense that its made by Sena.I had a Sena years back but at around $150 it was expensive considering you need two..Honestly I think these are great. Easy to use. Audio quality is good enough for riding around town on our Mopeds. Works with “Hey Siri†and just overall a great product at a price thats just right.Thank you Sena!

Connecting this device to my iPhone 13 was virtually impossible using the instructions provided and my own knowledge of headsets (12) and trying to contact their customer support is absolutely ridiculous! Good luck trying to submit a ticket on the company’s website!!! Calling Sena is also a waste of time, because they will just refer customers back to Parani to fill out a ticket that won’t get submitted! When I filled out the ticket and pressed submit, the system said “please waitâ€. 35 minutes later it still said “please waitâ€!?! After 5 attempts, I had enough and started the return process. I will stay with Cardo, and some of the lesser known headsets that are easy to setup, work flawlessly, sound awesome and have excellent battery life! I am happy that I returned this device and purchased 2 lesser known headsets that are amazing quality and have more features. 🤨👎

Four of us brought one each of the boom mic version of this for a road trip and they were superb. We were on four different bikes and they made our trip so much more enjoyable and easier. I would recommend spending a bit of time pairing them up before you go on your trip if there are four of you as you have to do them in order [easy to link up two, but three and four takes a bit more practice]. Once they are paired they are easy to use.If you want to use them for audio navigation from your phone as well as communicating, you have to push the button on top of the device to alternate channels but easy enough to do on the move. Be aware that once pushing the button it can take about 5 seconds to link up.I have a full face Shoei and you have to remove part of the padding in the lid to fit the mic and earpieces but it's pretty straightforward with Youtube guidance. I personally removed the extra padding from my ear cover on my lid when I put it back because it was a bit to proud and pushed against my ear but it's an easy fix.Overall, this is an excellent bit of kit, totally waterproof and makes a road trip or even a Sunday morning ride with a mate much more enjoyable.

I bought this thinking for the price it would be ok but would have to upgrade in the end. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. It sounds good, is well made and was relatively easy to install in my AGV. For the price it’s hard to argue with how good this little device is.

The product can be further improved. Whenever I ride more than 90km per hr, there will be intermittent with the pillion rider, especially when riding on the highway. Music played is acceptable. Answering calls were quite easy too.

Arrivato e messo subito alla prova!Considerando il tutto, ad un prezzo di poco superiore ai 50€ trovo sia un ottimo prodotto, vale la pena di spendere qualcosa in più per non avere le solite cineserie!Facile da inserire sul casco e non infastidisce per lo spessore (ridotto).Testato sia a velocità turistica che in autostrada, si sente perfettamente navigatore e musica (io ho uno scarico originale) anche quando il volume è meno del 50%... Leggendo le varie recensioni vedo che si lamentano della carenza di bassi... idea personale: è un interfono, se volete ascoltare musica come con un hi-fi non andate in moto....Unica pignoleria che migliorerei: l'adesivo della parte del velcro da attaccare al casco... chi come nel mio caso all'altezza del altoparlante ha tessuto sintetico liscio, deve stare attento a metterlo bene, tende a staccarsi facilmente se nel tenere il casco in mano gli si va addosso, ma in ogni caso una volta indossato non si muove!
