Having tried several other brands, and models, we eventually moved to these Sena SF-2 units, and are VERY happy we did. They pair to your smart phone quickly, then pair to each other for the Intercom, and the listening quality is very good. Highly recommend these Sena SF-2 headsets.

Bad sound quality, it has a boost option which does makes it somewhat louder, just enough to hurt your ears but not be able to make up any words. If you are cruising under 45mph you "might" be able to have a conversation on the intercom, but as soon as you get on the hwy might as well just turn it off cause you won't be able to hear anything..There is an app to adjust the audio settings but it really makes no difference.Over all i really don't think it was worth it.

Updating this review since the software was not the issue. The instructions and online guides need a lot of work, and the quality is OK. Not the best I've ever heard, but not the worst. It's nice that the module can be disconnected easily, and the kit comes with clip-on attachment or adhesive attachment.In case anyone else experiences the issue I had, know this: for the Sena SF2 headset, you MUST hold the center button for 10 seconds. The manual doesn't do a great job of making this clear, but holding for five only brings up the intercom. Count up to 10 slowly before letting go. I kept holding for five seconds thinking that was the only menu option and I couldn't figure out how to connect to bluetooth on my phone. So just make sure that you actually hold it for all 10 seconds. Yeah, maybe I'm the dummy here, but it seems like some better instructions and guidance would have gone a long way--and it was oddly difficult to find the manual for this thing.Old review: Updated firmware, tried every button combination possible, this piece of garbage does not pair with my phone.

Es muy bueno a comparación de los v6 q tenia, se escucha mejor aunque a veces se corta, hay una versión nueva de este producto q se supone q ya se a mejorado ese problema... pero este producto no es de la versión nueva, para q chequen las versiones de actualizacion

No es barato pero la calidad es inmejorable, puedes hablar perfectamente por teléfono y la persona que te escucha no siente prácticamente ningún ruido externo gracias a la cancelación de ruido. Los altavoces HD suenan genial con unos bajos potentes sin vibraciones
