These staples , 18gauge 1/4" crown by 1" length work just fine. The key is to have your "gun" supplied with sufficient/correct air presssure to ensure they seat properly. I use them for many things, but primarily to attach wire fencing to one inch oak fence boards. When seated properly, they don't come loose!! A lot of it depends on the quality of the equipment you are using to apply/install them, and certainly the air pressure and firm pressure on the gun to the surface before pulling the trigger!!

I have no idea how many boxes of Senco products I have put through my nailer and stapler, but it has been a lot!I continue to purchase them (as my former employer did) because they are consistent, reliable and just do an excellent job for me, rarely jam, always glide down the channels....I build a pile of small furnishing, cabinetry, refurbish old antiques, built our own home.....Just good all-round products from a good company, keep it up and thanks for making it easier.
