I like how this is short and the ends fold up when it’s not in use, but it’s a nice circumference when it do put it up for rain. Good quality.

This is the first umbrella of this kind I've ever owned, but I like the way it works. The buttons work well, but I could see you accidentally hitting the down button in the middle of a rain storm if you're not careful. And when I say the buttons work well, they pop the umbrella open and closed very quickly. The springs are small, but they have some force to them. I'm not sure how long they'll last though.When opened, the umbrella is very dark on the inside, which is great since it's supposed to stop UV rays. It seems to be a standard sized umbrella when opened, but is nice and compact when closed.My Star Rating Scale:5 stars - Perfect, or as close to perfect as possible and would definitely recommend to anyone.4 stars - Works well, but could see some minor changes that could make the product better. Would recommend to others.3 stars - Functional, but areas of concern or major changes that could make the product better. Recommend researching other options. OR, neutral ranking, nothing really special or bad about the product.2 stars - Barely functional, recommend researching other options.1 star - Avoid at all costs!

I like this umbrella a lot. It opens very easily and it closes even easier. With one hand I can open the umbrella and with one hand I can collapse it enough to shake it off and lay it down in my car quickly minimizing how wet I get from the falling rain. I need two hands to close it all the way but I can do that after I'm in my car and closed the door. The inversion of the folded up umbrella seems to allow for cupping of the water if I place it a certain way in the car and I can later shake out the water when more convenient to do so. This is a well thought out design for an umbrella.

I have never had an inverted umbrella before, but it makes so much sense! I live in a rainy southern climate, and I absolutely hate it when I collapse an umbrella as I get into my car. Water gets all over my clothes every time (I wear professional attire when I go to work every day). It’s annoying. This design - it folds upward instead of downward - will keep me drier because it traps water that otherwise drips on me.Regarding the quality, this umbrella is simply awesome. The ribs are very strong and will stand up to heavy wind, the button on the handle makes the canopy open and close with authority, the fabric is significantly stronger than I expected, and it has reflective strips for safety. It’s great, and it comes in really nice colors. I ordered it in light green.

I am on the road almost daily for my work and when it rains I always need an umbrella that is small enough that I can carry in my computer roller bag or as I like to call it, my mobile office. Problem with most smaller umbrellas is that they are not easy to use getting in and out of the car without getting rained on before opening. With this design I found I can just reach out the door and expand the umbrella without having to fully get out of the car. This umbrella also collapses in a way that keeps most of the water from getting all over the interior of my car after collapsing. So far appears more durable that most small umbrellas I have owned.

This umbrella is 13†long which is not exactly compact. With a push of a button it opens fully. I have not used it in a windy environment, and I am sure how well it will perform. It is very different from other “wind proof†umbrellas I have had. The umbrella shape is rather flat. You can probably fit two people under it, but they would be close. A push of the button closes the umbrella, and then you need to manually close the stem. I found it difficult to get the umbrella back into the included bag, but it is certainly doable. Overall it is a nice looking umbrella and it does work.
