These silicone fidget activity boards seem to be everywhere lately and I can definitely understand why -- they're very addicting once you start fidgeting with one. My students like to use them when they're in our "calm down corner" and my daughter liked this one so much she ordered one for her high school classroom as well.

This is a cool toy for the creatives, but I wish the kids took this out of the bag and played with it a little more. This is basically a maze-like canvas for the colored bits. This may actually be a better fidget toy than anything else, but I expected it to be fun. Our kids usually like this sort of thing, but that doesn't appear to be the case. It feels like a swing and a miss this time. It is well made and a cool concept.

This is the review from my 8 year old niece:I think this toy is wonderful. It really helps with adhd and anxiety because it helps you focus and have stuff to do with your hands. My two year old sister liked hers and it helped her with her coordination skills. She is also a skin picker and her therapist noticed it was helping her not skin pick so much. I would recommend people buying this because it is interesting and fun to play with.

I absolutely love using these sensory boards as calming tools with my students! They’re mess-free, help kids regulate and refocus, and keep little hands busy while we talk through tough situations. This is smaller than I expected, coming in at about the size of a dessert plate. It does come with a set of colorful silicone strings that you can push and stick into the disc. I have some of those in a larger size and hoped this would work with it, so if you have some of the flexible string/snake things, be sure to notice the size of whatever disc or board you're considering. My 3-year-old grandson enjoys playing with this and it's quiet which is great when the adults need a break or he is overstimulated. I think it's very helpful in developing hand-eye coordination too. The feel of the strings may not be good for some with tactile sensory issues, but everyone is unique in that so experimentation may be necessary. Seems a little expensive for what it is, so if you're on a budget, consider shopping around at other online retailers to see what's out there.

This a toy that I hadn’t seen before - Ingot it for my granddaughter but started to play with it and found it very relaxing and entertaining - it helps promote eye hand coordination and creativity in kids - it is easy to do and fun - I like it.
