I got these boxes to use as storage boxes for my crafting and they are well made with a nice snap-on lid. We use these bins to hold our kinetic sand and it works great, keeps sand fresh and helps contain the mess. Also make storing the sand when not being played with very simple, just pick the lid and slide into a cabinet.
