Ok, with this machine you do have to use a size 3 yarn or go really slow with the 4 worst.

Bought this to knit beanies because it’s basically purpose built to knit hats. The instructions are terrible which isn’t the end of the world because it’s pretty simple to use and there are lots of YouTube video tutorials. My issue is that it’s very cheaply made. I used what I consider to be a small/medium yarn weight for a knit hat and the Sentro couldn’t handle it. The machine locked up after 2-3 rows and the turning handle broke inside the machine rendering it completely useless. It did not take much force to break the plastic handle. I expect the machine would work fine with light weight yarn but it is still a cheap plastic machine and really feels like a child’s toy rather than a tool. Not worth the money.

This machine is second 40 needle knitting machine ordered. First one made loud grinding sound and handle hard to turn Wanted a 40 needle for ear warmers, ordered another. Machine rejected most yarns. Oiled knitting needles. Now working well. Finished two warmers.

i'm having a ball with my Sentro circular knitting machine Once you get the hang of it, you can crank out scarves, hats, and many other items and much less time. It takes to knit by hand with needles. I'm so happy with my circular knitting machine that I Different sizes

I absolutely LOVE this knitting machine! I like to knit hats for my elementary students for the holidays, and this is a game changer! In the past, it has taken me weeks to knit 24-25 hats. With this tool, I am able to crank out 6 in just about 2 hours. I turn on a show and the time flies by. It's very easy to use, and the hats are perfect.

I haven't owned this very long and only made 4 hats with it and it is already dropping stitches and making clunky noises as it turns. I tried different yarns and the way I crank it and it still drops stitches. The 4 hats I did make came out super cute. I was just hoping it would have had a bit more life in it than just 4 basic kids beanies. I would definitely recommend spending the extra money to get the Addi. I have an Addi king size that is smooth like butter and I can definitely tell the difference in how it feels, sounds, and the final product. I was just hoping having the 40 needles would be better for kids hats, gloves, and socks but unfortunately it's cheaply made and drops stitches too often for me to use it anymore. Buyer beware.

Todo muy bien, pero yo planeaba tejer gorros para adulto y quedan pequeños, bien para niños. Se pueden tejer bufandas y piezas planas también.
