Yesterday was my first time taking it out on the water. I love that the bag fits everything well to travel with, the board itself seems sturdy and has enough room for a small cooler behind me, my dog, life jacket, shoes and a dry bag. Paddle matches perfectly. Only downfall is that the pump takes a lot of energy and the higher the PSI, the harder to pump. Ordering an electric pump ASAP to save the time and energy. Highly recommend you all do the same!

I received this kayak with everything it was supposed to have. I contacted support about a picture that showed something different than what they listed. They graciously gave me the extra part. They were easy to work with. The paddle board was sturdy and works great in the waves. It paddles easy and supports a larger framed guy like myself. The quality of the pump and the fin was worth the extra money over the cheaper boards. I would definitely buy this again.

I bought my paddleboard in May 2023. I had issues with the inflator each time I took it to the lake. It took several attempts to inflate it because each time I would take the pump off of it, it would deflate a large amount of air. I reached out to Serene Life and they were very kind and extremely helpful in resolving the issue and had my paddleboard replaced because of the defect. The representative stayed in touch with me throughout the process and expedited my replacement so I could use it again this summer! Thank you Caleb and thank you, Serene Life for standing behind your product!!

We purchased three of these just over a year ago, and all three have bubbles in the laminated/glued layers. One of them has developed 5 leaks. We reached out to the manufacturer and received what was likely an automated response asking for pictures. After sending pictures and a description of the problems about 3 weeks ago, we have not received any form of acknowledgement or reply from them even with two followup emails. We have patched 4 of the five holes, and have never seen anything like this in the two other (different brand) paddle boards we have owned. Not going to purchase this brand again.

So I bought this back in May, having never owned a paddleboard before, and having no experience paddleboarding - but plenty of other river and water activities.Honest impressions, this board is really good. My girlfriend has an Isle and other than her board being smaller, there's no significant difference.The fin connects easily (easier than hers), it inflates up to 16 PSI and cruises across the water quickly, and the board is really stable for a 200 pound man.I've had no issues with mine. Only improvements it could have is a clip to attach your oar directly to the board, and maybe some other rings for attaching gear with.

Love this. And super convenient having an inflatable SUP where you can store it safely in your car without having to worry about someone stealing it off of your roof racks, in the car pack. Quality is right up there w the commercial white water rafts we’d use on the Canadian Rockies.It is a bit stiff taking fin on and off after each use so I’ve just left it on.But overall really love this SUP. And Am hoping to invest in the seat and kayak paddle, next!

rien de comparable a la photo, meme pas eu de pagaie, ni d ailerons, cest simple, je nai eu que le paddleboard, une pompe et un truc orange vide....alors que jaurais du avoir un kit complet et neuf, non pas egratigner et sale, cest un truc usager que jai recu, mais jai payer pour du neuf.....
