Look closely at your old remote buttons when purchasing... the 4th gen remote replaces the "zero g" button with a massage button. We can order remotes other models but you must view our other Amazon listings. Call or email if you lost your remote and we can look up the sku number. We include directions for easy syncing! Programming is required (using the power down box under the bed) and instructions are provided.

This is the exact replacement remote I needed for my serta bed base -- appreciated the expedited shipping that got it to me quickly. Pairing was very easy -- the unit came with clear written instructions for pairing, a QR code linking to a demonstration video, and a phone number to call if all else fails. Didn't need to phone a friend since everything worked as expected the first time. The most challenging bit is rummaging around under your bed to find the box to pair with -- after you do that, its easy peasey!

It paired quick with good instructions and works great so far. I did not use the supplied batteries and put in Interstates. I know they last. I got the tip from another review as the supplied batteries leaked and ruined their remote.

Well it's expensive, but in line with mattresses stores which largely don't stock it anymore. Funky instructions don't point to the correct button on below the bed unit to push first but there is an assist number. I got it to work in 5 min w/o calling for helpTHROW AWAY (RECYCLE) THE EL CHEAPO AAA BATTERIES IT COMES WITH. This is what killed my first unit and cost me $140 in four years. They excreted alkalai all over the unit. Cleaned it out and worked for a while, then headrest button died. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Invest in some Energizer alkaline or rechargeable Eneloops.

My son broke my remote to my bed and I found this one which matched my old bed. It was perfect and when I had trouble programming the company that I got it from was so helpful and even sent a you tube video and pictures to help this poor older lady.Thank you

Being mechanically disinclined getting this to pair up was the biggest PIA I've ever encountered--2stars off for that! The dog had to leave the room! BUT it works quite well and hopefully I'll die before needing to do again. Just changing the battery is a pill. Never again Serta.

Faster than expected shipping. Especially great since I lost my remote while in zero gravity mode. Couldn't figure out how to make it connect. Called their phone number. It was answered right away. The gentleman who helped me figured out I had an usual power box. Took the time to research it while in the phone with me and I was sending him pictures. A few minutes later...lo' and behold he got it working!!!Thank you & sleep as well as I will tonight now that I have my new remote!
