Bought this about 4 months ago so far no tears the zippers are great! It looks exactly like the picture it has so many pockets. It’s very well made and good quality no tears no discoloration nothing! It bounces back easily as well, I stuff it full of cash and coins and receipts every night when I pull it all out it goes right back to it’s original shape it’s amazing!

I’ve had this for about a year, and it’s held up extremely well. I’m surprised, given how cheap it was. I love the design, and my guests always say it’s super cute. The zipper is super flimsy, but I don’t use that part anyway. Stitching is very strong, though. Easily wipes clean and has even gone through the wash on accident twice with no issue (I left it in my apron haha). Oh also the tab that’s supposed to be a pen holder sucks, but I just keep them in my apron when serving, and in a cup when I’m behind bar anyway

Only thing I dislike is the size. It's smaller than other server books so you need a smaller notebook. It's lightweight and fits nicely in my apron tho!

I love the hand feel and it’s shorter than a normal one you get from the credit card companies. Been using for about a month and I’m satisfied with my purchase.
