Drawer is heavy and solid but, why are there screws sticking out both outside and inside the drawer? The seller contacted me and we discussed a couple of options with shorter screws or a rounded capped locknut. I plan to purchase tomorrow and will post updated photos once I have them installed. I really appreciate the seller going out of their way to make the customer happy.Ok, I added a photo of the drawer with new screws. I used 4Mx4mmx 0.7 pitch with lock washer and it’s now flush. Perfect!

This rack drawer feels sturdy and well-built, great for keeping small hardware or cables organized. The smooth glides make it easy to access, and the rear knockouts are a thoughtful touch if you need cord access. The lock was a bit stiff at first, but it’s improved with use. Overall, a reliable and functional drawer for the price.

This is a solid 2RU drawer at a great price when compared to some other well-known tech vendors out there. I’ve used other drawers for projects (mounting small single board PCs and whatnot), and this would work for that as it has pop-outs in the rear of the drawer for cables. In this case, I’m using it to store extra hardware (SFPs, keyboard, fiber patch cables, etc.).

Using this in my mobile guitar rack for cord storage. The glides are smooth and it bolted on perfectly fine. I do really like that the rear holes are optional and have a sheet metal knockout instead of already having cord holes. One nitpicky thing is turning the lock is a bit rough but it has loosened a little since installing so maybe the tumblers just needed a little breaking in. Outside that it's perfectly fine.
