I enjoy sewing as a hobby. I have quite a few bobbins of many different colored thread and wanted to get them organized. I had purchased a different organizer at a local craft store, but the bobbins were lose in several different large compartments. I wanted a way to be able to see all the different colors without having to dig through a box. This is perfect! The inside tray is a soft, foam liner that holds each bobbin snug and keeps the thread tucked in so it does not unravel. The box is see-thru, so you can see all the colors without ever having to open the case. It is a slim design and looks nice. I was able to organize my bobbins of thread by color, so I can find the perfect color that I need with each project. I ended up ordering another set of these bobbin organizers because I have so many different colors of thread and wanted to get them organized nicely. One of the boxes I have the basic black and white. Another box has browns and greys. Another box has warm colors (red, pink, orange, yellow) and the last box has cool colors (green, blue, purple). I am so pleased with my purchase and highly recommend these bobbin box organizers for anyone that loves to have their thread nice and organized!

Bobbin case very well made. Use case to store bobbins to transport to class and to store extra bobbins. Bobbins are held securely in case and case prevents threads from running and getting tangled.

Prevents bobbins from becoming unwound and thread from tangling. Remains firmly closed when transported to classes and retreats. I would recommend this product.

I like the compact shape, the snap-tight lid, and that the foam firmly holds the bobbins in place. To note the thread color numbers, I've been marking small pieces of paper and putting one end into the foam slot before inserting the bobbin. That's kind of clunky. Another option might be to put a chocolate-box type map inside the lid.

I bought a pair of these because they were cheap compared to other plastic bobbin boxes. In use, the best things are:1) Soft plastic case is not likely to break in transport;2) Foam inset does away with threads dangling / tangling from the box;3) The pair hold 50 bobbins. Since I use primarily black and white in 50 weight, those bobbins take up one box of 25 bobbins, leaving the other box to hold odds and ends;4) The bobbins don't move when the box is opened so my OCD order of bobbins by weight and color stays in place. I use a label maker to put special info on the lid for poly or cotton, etc.

I been sewing off and on for over 30 years and the storage boxes for bobbins are a pain!! You can get them into the storage, but there was no room to grab them or take them out, unless you have tweezers for fingers!I saw these when I did a search and thought, give it a shot and I am so so glad I did!!Great storage, easy to get them out and the latch keeps it shut for storing the case!I TOTALLY recommend these cases for storage, you won't be disappointed.

These bobbin holders are excellent they hold the bobbin firmly and the thread does not unspool, so it is always neat and tidy. They are also a nice size, not too big and not too small they each hold 28 bobbins. Wish I had found these a long time ago.

I love that the bobbin spools stay secure and threads are not all over the place. When I take it to retreats and take it out to use it is the same as when I put it away. A+ definitely.Love love love it. Gonna tell my quilters friends for sure
