This is a nice piece of hooked rug fabric. Better even than the piece we got at Hobby Lobby. There is a bit of "dust" on it when you take it out of the package and some odor, but that will dissipate, I'm sure. The fabric is flexible, yet doesn't separate. The black lines are nice to count your spaces easily.

When I opened the package to see this canvas, it came out with a horrible smell that I don't recognize. After reading the listing and looking at the pictures with the listing, I wasn't really sure what exactly this was supposed to be. The only way to know for sure what it was was to see it myself. Whoever wrote the listing, has no understanding of crafting and what an item could be used for or for that matter writing in proper English. The title of the listing makes this canvas seem to be some miracle fabric that can be used for all sorts of things including crochet and knitting! The pictures of crafts being worked were taken from other crafts that this canvas would not even be good for at all. The bullet points were total nonsense. Such as this one, "Needlepoint rug fabric-- it can help you pass the time and exercise your knitting skills". Needlepoint has nothing to do with knitting or the other way around. The rest were just as silly. Even the product information stated the age range was: INFANT!!!! Material: Stainless Steel!!!Please do not insult our intelligence with this nonsense. This appears to be a nasty smelling piece of rug hooking canvase with vertical lines every 10 spaces which would be good to help you keep your place when hooking the rug. The lines are about 2 3/4" apart. It is of a size to make a throw rug.I appreciate the opportunity to try out this canvas, although until the smell is gone I won't work with it as it is just too nasty. Thank you
