Very simple product. No instructions so I just had to take a guess, but they went relatively well on the first try.First off, I didn't get the shape imprinted on it like it is in the mold, which might just be due to my kind of dough. Again, first time with no instructions, so I'm doing my best. They sprang up beautifully and were very tasty.They were really easy to form, just quickly rolled out my dough balls, laid it over the opening, put in a spoonful of filling, and seal. I did sort of press it in the end into the mold to try and get it really imprinted, and I had the best success when I made the center thicker with thinner edges (because when you seal it, you're pinching together a bunch of dough, so it sort of evens out) but I probably should find a tutorial somewhere.I will note, this is my first time with these, but my second time making bao. The first time with bao I did it all by hand and it was slow and a mess, but with these, I pumped out dinner for 5 over 10-15 minutes, while watching TV with the misses.And since they come in 2 packs, we can make them together when she's done recovering. She messed around with one but her arm isn't doing well following surgery, but even with this smaller range of dexterity, these made forming the bao quite a bit easier. Very glad we gave these a try!
