This machine worked better than expected. Purchased for my young niece. Worked right out of the box and has many stitches included. It is easy to thread and the top load bobbin works perfectly. Only downside is that you cannot change out the feet…but what do you want for the price. Otherwise I would definitely recommend.

I bought this for my grand daughter's 8th birthday. It is good quality for the money and easy to learn for a beginner. The foot pedal is not working. I hope when i put batteries in this will work. I may need to get a new foot pedal. Everything else functions well. Like the directions and xtra supplies included.

That is absolute garbage. Bought it for my 9 year old daughter. It looked too be a good basic sewing machine. We used it for about 5 minutes and the bobbin jammed. I took it all apart and the plastic piece holding the bobbin in broke, there was no fixing it. Returned it the same day I got it and went and spent the money on a basic brother machine at joanns. Don't waste your money on this, it's cheaply made.

This was my first sewing machine purchase, and while my family already owned one, I decided to get my own. The smaller size felt less intimidating, which made it a great starting point for learning to sew.Pros:Beginner-Friendly Speed: The speed controlled by the foot pedal isn’t particularly fast, but I found it helpful for learning. It allows new users to get accustomed to stitching without being overwhelmed. However, compared to larger machines, it does feel slower, and the pedal lacks sensitivity—it really only has one speed.Speed Settings: I haven’t used the manual buttons much, but when I tried switching to the higher speed setting, I noticed it stitches faster than fully pressing the foot pedal. This could be helpful for those who prefer manual speed control.Light: The small built-in light is brighter when running on battery power than when plugged into an outlet. While this isn’t a huge issue, it does contrast with the machine's performance, as it struggles to stitch when running on battery power.Convenient Thread Cutter: The thread cutter on the side is very handy. This is a perfect sewing machine for beginners, I just needed it to do small projects, it came completely ready to go, you did not have to thread the machine it was already done for you, all you have to do is plug it in and sew! Great instructions on how to change the thread and bobbin also, even on the machine it has arrows and directions on where to run the thread when you change spools! Small enough to put in a closet when not in use, I just put it on my vanity when I used it and it worked perfectly.

Bought this machine to see if I would enjoy sewing. It's shockingly effective for the price, not to mention how lightweight and portable it is as well. Best for a beginner or small projects, though I've used it for making more complicated things including plushies and an evening gown for a wedding. I have since acquired an older but higher end machine from a family member, but I still use this machine if I need to sew while traveling. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a machine to experiment with or if you're on a tight budget.

Again it’s my first sewing machine and im a bit confused. But ive looked up and read as much stuff as i can and no matter what I try it wont stop jamming. I dont recommend its pretty cheap quality to be honest, so I’m not that surprised it doesn’t work magic. I was able to use it for bit but then boom it jammed. Now it won’t stop. Anyways I’ll probably just give up and cry because I wasted 50 bucks on this thing.

Neat little machine we use for sewing and hemming curtains, and it does so perfectly! Compact size but has all the features we need, and the carry handle on top makes it perfect for portability / small space living. I liked that it came threaded and ready to go right out of the box. Surprised by some of the low reviews honestly, it’s a great item for crafting and occasional sewing.

I'm not a frequent sewing machine user. And this lightweight machine is perfect. It sits on a shelf and when I need to do a quick project it's so easy to pull out and pop on my dining room table.

What i will say is the thread spool pin/space are small. The pin is short and the placement on machine are very restrictive as far as using better quality after market thread with it. I have to order an attachment to hold a small spool. The other thing I didn't like was how incredibly short the power adapter cord is.... on an average hight desk it won't reach the plug. I have to use and extension cord. The instructions could have had a bit better diagrams for future set ups. I figured it out initially because the sample fabric and stiches left in machine.Again for the price, these are things I can live with!!It works fine and it's nice to have 12 stiches/button hole and a reverse plus zipper foot and button foot too.
