For the price, there really isn't a complaint. These were purchased to use as an "elf on the shelf" for St. Patrick's Day week. The joy that my daughter gets each morning when going to find "Lucky" is worth it's weight in gold - pun intended. These are great for what I am using them for, or for general decoration in your home or work.

Total RIP-OFF!! I paid over $20 for two trolls that were supposed to be 13 inches in height. However, I received two trolls that barely reached 9 1/2 inches with the tip of the hat.The only reason I ordered these, is because I waited too long to go to our local dollar tree, to purchase Saint Patricks day, trolls, which are the same exact thing, however, the quality, size, and value, for what you get at the Dollar Tree, exceeds this by leaps and bounds. The dollar tree sells trolls for every holiday. I was late, and was fortunate enough to get one. I paid $1.25, for an almost identical troll, that was 5 inches taller. I am so upset for I paid over $20and feel 100% ripped off, so I will more than likely return this product. If you want the same thing, but better quality, and your town has Dollar Tree establishments; I recommend going there :)

The product page for these gnomes says that they are 13.2 inches tall. They aren't even close to that. They're cute and certainly represent the St. Patrick's day holiday. They're just not what was anticipated.
