These work well for binding scrapbook and art projects. Takes a little effort to pop them open, but I prefer that because it means they also stay tightly closed once you shut them. I probably wouldn't use this smaller size if I needed to repeatedly open and close the rings though, the 1-inch variety are easier to get your fingers around. Nice metal box to hold them as well!

These were small, which meant that they worked well for making a type of book binding on a craft I was making. Some of them were really hard to open, but most were not. And for the price, if a few were not perfect, it was still a great deal. Glad I have extra for other crafts in the future.

These are well made and just what I wanted. However, as others have stated, it takes a little patience and perseverance to open some of them.

These rings are great for the project I need them for. I love the size of them and they seem sturdy enough. Like other reviews say, some of them are tricky to open, but I think with a pair of pliers I'll be able to open them ok. I like that they are a bit stiff because I want them to stay closed for the books I am making. For some purposes though I could see them being difficult to use. I still went with 5 stars though because they are working great for me so far!

I use this to put my lesson plans for the week. It is now a habit. I bought these in 2018, and I'm still using them today. I love how this keeps me organized.
