I’ve only used the capsules so far, I haven’t tried using coffee grounds yet nor over ice but I’m sure it’s just as great. I’m out of my favorite grounds and creamer so that’s why I’ve held off. I’ve had a Keurig before but it was a bit bulky and the components were difficult to keep clean. This is so simple and I can actually take out the filters and the containers to wash them properly. This also brews just as fast as my Keurig. It kinda sounds like a UFO as you wait which I kinda like. So simple, so quick, and easy to clean.The cord is quite short but I see that as a plus, I don’t have to have an extra ft of cord on my countertop/coffee bar. This is a great coffee maker to have, especially if you like to have coffee throughout the day but don’t enjoy reheating coffee in the microwave or leaving it in a large pot to burn throughout the day.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. Extremely easy to clean and use. Only wish it came in white. I love the size of the machine and the cup size options. I very excited that I can easily use my own ground coffee as well as pods.

Just quick and simple finally a good quality keurig for a good reasonable price without being upwards of $100.00.. works great easy to use,several different cup sizes my wife has her particular yeti cup that she uses for coffee with her drive into work i had to remove the bottom drip tray to be to accommodate it as far as the height of it but it's fine fits perfectly..

It’s quiet, and the coffee is decent, but it doesn’t handle k cups very well. There’s a tendency for it to let grounds out the bottom, and when it beeps to signal it’s done, you need to pull your cup out then, or grounds will get into it as it depressurizes. Or sometimes, it pressurizes the k cup too much and you end up with a mess. Leaving it at two stars, because it’s okay with the loose grounds.

How handy to have a coffee pot that makes both hot AND iced coffee??!!! It seems to work well, brewing a lovely cup of coffee. I like that you can use your own grinds as well as the K cups. One star off because it accepts only the standard size but not the 2.0 version

I love this new coffee maker. It has a big water reservoir, makes the coffee really hot, has 6,9,10,12,and 14 oz cup size plus you can use your own coffee instead of kcups if you prefer and you can choose strength. It also makes iced coffee. It's small, and was a great price.

Just got this thing a few days ago came quickly and I've use almost k 40 cups it's super easy and quick and nice I dropped it out of the box by accident I can say not a single damage it did land on its head but durability looks functionality are great I only wish I would have got one sooner
