Quick and Simple Install
Clean the Helmet
To obtain optimal adhesion, clean the helmet surface before application.
Remove Adhesive
Simply peel off the adhesive backed loop tape.
Attach Adhesive to Helmet
Attach firmly onto the helmet.
Secure Shark Fin to Helmet
Secure the ParaWild helmet attachment onto the helmet and have fun outside!
About the Startup
Founded by two adventurous girlfriends, ParaWild is a Vancouver startup with the goal of injecting extra fun into helmet sports. Our product line was designed and developed here in Canada.
We saw ski helmet covers for kids and thought we could do something better, something more inclusive to the whole family that would fit and remove off all kinds of helmets.
Why do helmets have to be boring? Our mission is to add a splash of fun to a helmet and make safety fun! Because of our desire to give something back, each year we donate to the Wildlife Conservation Society.
With our helmet ears, helmet frog eyes, helmet mohawks, helmet horns, and helmet shark fins we are encouraging helmet use and love of animals.
Snow? Speed? Moisture? Kids? Our extra super duper extra strength hook & loop fasteners combine snazzy fur with spiffy styles that are a pinch to clean, and great for all challenging conditions. Installation is quick and easy.
Inspired by endangered animals, each design has its own character and story. Not only they add the finishing touch to any helmet-sport outfit, they also unite teams, families, and groups having fun together.
Take a regular helmet and make it into a shark helmet, a frog helmet, a bunny helmet, cat helmet and then change your look the next day.

My daughter loves this!! Here radio call sign is now Mako or Shark bait lol. Fixed to her ski helmet just ok. I think it was more the helmets fault than the fin. Her helmet has a vent adjustment dead center where you’d put a fin. We did stick the fin right over it as it has a wide super sticky Velcro base. Worked great. However the next day I realized we couldn’t get her goggles over the fin and we tried to take of the fin with the Velcro. The Velcro is soooo strong that the glue came loose first. I even dug thru the hook and loop with my nails trying to break the seal easier. We were able to re-stick the fin on the helmet and it stayed on with 2 days of skiing and lots of crashes. Some upside down in the powder. Would definitely buy it again!!!

These are an awesome way to customize an otherwise non-descript kids helmet AND make it super easy to find them on the slopes. My son freaked out with excitement when he saw it and can't wait to "be a shark on skis". Shipping was fast, product is packaged great, and its well made. Excited for more of these in the future!

My son bought it for his ski helmet. It looks amazing! The shark fin attaches to the helmet with a sticky Velcro. This makes it really easy to take the shark fin off and store the helmet when not used.

Do you ride a motorcycle? Do you snowboard? Bicycle? Or are forced to wear a helmet at all times by a brooding mother? Well do I have just the thing to help spice up your day. Bought two of these fins, one for myself and another for my friend, and have been riding our motorcycles around town with them. Love em. The aerodynamic superiority these offer is unmatched, and boy oh boy are they stylish.
