So nice and easy to use! Doesn’t clean the grout if already dirty but that’s its own monster. Cleans the floors great only steam and water!! I bought a bunch of extra pads and swap them so it doesn’t move dirt around. Amazing

Love this vacuum! Fits under areas my larger vacuum can’t. Works great on hard floors to pick up dog hair. Cleans much better than a broom. Not too bad on carpet for quick cleanup for crumbs and dog hair. I love that it can convert easily to a hand held to vacuum upholstery and small areas. Easy to empty and the charge lasts long enough to use on my whole house.

It cleans well, is lightweight, and easy to use! My only critiques are 1) the water tank is kinda small. I can only clean about one room at a time before needing to refill the tank, and 2) the rotating pads are great for cleaning, but makes maneuverability sorta weird. Also, if you get too close to a wall/object, you’ll feel like you’re playing bumper cars.Overall, I’m very happy with how well it cleans, so it’s worth the money.

Maneuvering can be tricky.. It does get around tight spaces for example, behind the toilet.. The pads are round, therefore, it skips the corners.. I have to clean them by hand. It cleans the floors well, I have to throw water on the floor to get it started.. Overall, I am satisfied with this floor cleaner, hoping it lasts.. I read some other reviews that stated it crapped out withen a couple of months..

Most of my house is tile, so this works wonderfully. The only slightly negative, I wish the electrical cord was longer.

Absolutely love this thing! Cleaned my floors well enough that I didn’t run and grab my grandson when he sped crawled onto the kitchen floor lol…but seriously; this is simple to set up, easy to use and well worth the $$$ I feel. It’s cleaned my floors better than they had been for a very long time….much better than mopping! Bonus, it practically moves itself! I’ve been good about starting with one set of pads; then changing for a last quick once over. I’ve been immediately tossing in a load of whites, hot water and bleach and the pads have washed up better than I expected! Love everything about it!

Update: the velcro things in the bottom of the unit melted so the pads barely attach. You've got to hold the pads on as you set the machine to the floor and don't pick it up or they fly off! No replacement parts for those little things. If they sold those or made them do they didn't melt I'd still love it.I've had one of the original steam mops that I threw in the trash because it was so hard to push. This thing is the bomb! It practically runs on its own spinning happily along. I just have to guide it where I want it to go. My husband that isn't much on housekeeping waited to use it the other day. Nope! It's MY new toy!!!

First time use for less than 30min. Second time use, mop rotate for 20min and stop spinning after that.Really disappointed with the quality of the product.

It worked fine but it is not well built/designed and broke quickly. When I was cleaning around the table, the table leg got stock in between the two pads for a split of a second and the mop stopped working. I opened the whole thing up. The motor has metal blade which engages with plastic gears for the pads. As soon as one pad stops for any reason, the main metal gear will shatter the plastic gears for the pads. Sooner or later yours will break, too.
