THIS IS THE BEST VACUUM I HAVE EVER OWNED. I HAVE A DYSON AND IT'S GREAT ALSO BUT THE SHARK IS DEFINITELY A BETTER BUY. I USED THE DYSON FIRST AND THOUGHT IT DID A GREAT JOB AND THEN I WENT BACK OVER IT WITH THE SHARK AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW MUCH IT PICKED UP AFTER THE DYSON. AMAZING

This Shark ZU100 vacuum isn't loud. Value for this used vacuum is still too high. Good suction it hit and miss. Make cleaning ease for carpet and floors. It not ease to push across the carpet it's quite heavy. Ease once it goes. Doesn't smell the neutralizer sense but it's a good thing that the cartridge has to be replaced every 6 months found out it's expensive so remember to order two the others will dry up before using them. Any used items always get a warranty I can tell this Shark ZU100 vacuum has been used before. I'm praying ithis vacuum holds up. I'm now thinking it was a bad idea to give my so. my Shark NV803 what was I thinking?

I love love this. The beater bar is designed so pet hair doesn’t rap around it. It’s been wonderful to not have to keep cleaning it.

I absolutely love this vacuum! It picks up everything, and kids polishes the hard floor with the power fin thing. I have 2 german shepherds and live on a farm, so I needed something that could really clean! This has a huge dust cup, very powerful motor, and a long reaching stick piece. I would highly reccomend this one over other pricier vacuums.

Not meant for thick carpet. Would grab/suck with force and not let go. Double checked all coverings removed and they were. Did great on hard wood.
