The bedside alarm clock comes with one of the loudest alarms available which can be set at Low or High in volume. There is also a 9 minute snooze that can be continually pressed until the alarm itself is switched off.
The green numbers on the clock face are very clear with extra bright quality, easy to see! If desired, there is a high/low option to set the brightness to your own personal comfort level. During battery back up the screen goes blank but alarm and time settings are retained and the alarm will still sound.
To power the clock, just plug the power cord into a standard US 120V outlet (do not use with 240V - see instructions) and you are good to go. Use one 9V battery for back up in case of a power outage.

This is a very easy to use alarm clock. The numbers are large and easy to see. I got the green display, and it is very, very bright. It adds lots of light to the room, even on the dim setting.

We wanted a clock that we could see from across the room to place on our entertainment center. The clocks on our electronic devices are too small to see from our chairs. This one is great! Bright enough to read easily, even in sunshine, but not overly bright in a darkened room. I just ordered a second one because we liked the first one so much. Unfortunately the first one started malfunctioning after a bit over 2 and 1/2 years of use. The sections of the digits started lighting up randomly and the time was unreadable because of that. That's the only reason I didn't give this clock a full 5 star rating. I'm not going to complain about 2.5 years of use out of it. I hope it was just a fluke and that my new clock will last even longer.

Bought this for a senior. Numbers are large and easy to see. Setting the single alarm is simple. Like the high/low sound feature. Like the bright/dim number feature. Easy access snooze button. Only drawback is the alarm on/off button. Simple pullup, but not easy for arthritic finger. Overall very satisfied.

I am totally happy with this purchase. The light can be brightened or dimmed, and the numbers are large. I did move across the room because its a little bright on the nightstand.

It didn't work. The pin is not Indian type and even with adaptor it didn't work. I bought it and returned back and instead of replacing, the seller gave the same product with an adaptor. I returned again. The price is too high and I didn't expect it to so less of a quality.

Unfortunately took it out of the box plugged it in it went pop and never worked. The clock looks very cheaply made and flimsily not worth $50 at all you’d be better off getting a $6 clock from Kmart.
